His keen understanding of technology led him to establish Transceivers India in 1993, specializing in radio communication equipment. Through strategic tie-ups with global leaders like Barrett Communication and Simoco Telecommunication South Asia Limited (STSAL), Sanjay introduced cutting-edge HF radio communication solutions to diverse markets in India, including paramilitary, police, industrial, and utilities sectors, gaining a significant market share and a customer base of over 10,000.
In a pivotal move, Sanjay capitalized on the digital transformation of radio communication technology, acquiring Simoco Digital Systems’ infrastructure division in 2002 and forming Artevea Digital Limited (formerly Simoco Digital UK Limited). Under his leadership, Artevea Digital pioneered IP-based TETRA solutions, revolutionizing digital radio communication deployment with flexible and affordable options, attracting clients globally across various industries.
Adapting to the evolving telecom landscape in India, Sanjay divested his existing businesses in 2006 to establish Inative Networks. With his foresight, Inative Networks successfully acquired PMRTS spectrum licenses for 17 telecom circles in India, positioning the company as a leading digital wireless communication services provider for professional users.
